Hi, I'm Thomas. I design and build websites for local businesses, one at a time.

WebDesignHub is just me: a designer and developer working out of Witney. No account managers, no offshore team, no page-builder templates dressed up as bespoke. When you email, I'm the one who replies. When your site goes live, I'm the one who wrote every line of it.

That means a website made specifically for your business, not a theme with your logo dropped on top. It loads quickly, reads properly on a phone, and is built to turn the people who find you into people who call you. Most projects go live in under a week.

Q1

How long does it take to build my website?

Starter sites are usually live within five working days, Pro in 7 to 10 days and Premium in 10 to 14. The clock starts the moment you sign off the brief and send your content, and I'll always tell you exactly what happens next.

Q2

Do I need any technical knowledge to work with you?

None at all. I handle everything: domain, hosting, design and the words. You just tell me about your business and send any photos you'd like to use. If you don't have photos, I'll source professional images at no extra cost.

Q3

What's included in the hosting plans?

Hosting is tiered to match your site: £55 a month for Starter, £95 for Pro, £145 for Premium and £245 for E-commerce. Every plan covers secure hosting, automatic backups, security updates, small content changes and priority support by email and phone. Higher tiers add faster response times and shop or booking-system maintenance.

Q4

Is monthly hosting required?

For Starter, Pro and Premium it's optional. You can pay once for the build and host it yourself or anywhere you like. For the E-commerce tier ongoing hosting is required: a live shop needs active care for payments, stock and security, and self-hosting genuinely risks breakage.

Q5

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. The default is 50% to start and 50% on delivery. For Premium and E-commerce projects I'm happy to split it into three stages, just ask when you get in touch.

Q6

What if I don't like the first design?

You get unlimited revisions within the scope of your package. I'd rather get it right than rush it out. If after honest feedback we still can't find a direction you love, you walk away with a full refund. No scripts, no chasing.
